While Water Testing Supplies Limited will replace sample kits that do not arrive at our laboratory we accept no responsibility for circumstantial loss due to missing samples.

DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver our products to addresses within the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
All our water sample testing kits come with free delivery and are sent out via Royal Mail franked 1st class post. All other items have a delivery cost. Standard Royal Mail First Class (franked) is free on all orders over £20 (This does not include couriered product as due to the value of the product we so not recommend standard postage)
All in stock items ordered before 12 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. If items can be sent by Royal Mail then orders placed before 3 pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.

All items must be returned in the original packaging to:

When ordering Water Testing Kits we recommend that you contact us on 01924 578048 or email info@watertestingsupplies.co.uk if you are unsure of your requirement so we can advise. We cannot accept returns of kits ordered in error or are no longer required. Due to the sterile nature and personal identification on the sample bottles these products are exempt from the Right to Cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations. Water testing kits are charged at the time of purchase and not after analysis of sample. Should you be dissatisfied with any product you purchase please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
