Hot tubs, Spa’s and Jacuzzis operate at the perfect temperature for Legionella and other harmful bacteria to grow. Issues such as hot tub rash caused by Pseudomonas and pneumonia from Legionella are common risks with poorly managed hot tubs.Good practice entails regular testing and we have a range of kits to allow this to take place easily. If the dosing or testing fails, these systems represent a high risk. Regular bacterial screening is recommended to confirm that maintenance procedures are effective and that hygiene levels are being maintained.
